The writing is on the wall for Arsenal- Cesc Fabregas wants out. It is not every day that the one of the top team’ captain wants to leave the club, especially a big club like Arsenal. Every good player wants a trophy at the end of a campaign, sadly for Fabregas this dream with Arsenal has always ended in smoke season –in- season -out. The chance to play for his childhood team Barcelona, and the team regarded as the best in this generation is proving to be irresistible to the Arsenal skipper.

Fabregas has made it clear that his time in Arsenal is surely over.

Apparently his teammates have accepted this fact, Barcary Sagna Arsenal defender told the telegraph that this time round, Fabregas will return and play for his childhood club, reports The Telegraph. The Catalan club failed in their earlier bid to lure the Arsenal skipper last summer, but this time, there are going for the Jagular.

The La Liga and UEFA Champion league holders are preparing a fresh £40 million pounds for him. According to Sagna, this sum is simply irresistible, and ultimately Arsenal will give in to the pressure.

There is no doubt Cesc Fabregas is a valuable player, but his notorious injury problems frustrate  Arsenal as well as Spain national team supporters. Arsene Wenger first brought him to Arsenal in the hope that he would gradually rise through the ranks, and eventually end up starting in the first team. But he defied the odds, and quickly rose through the ranks in the process becoming The Gunners youngest ever first team player aged 16 years and 177 days.

He later went and became the youngest goal scorer in Arsenal history when he scored in arsenal 5-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. His international engagement has been pretty impressive too. This was capped with a winner’s medal in the FIFA world-cup 2010 held in South Africa. He mainly plays as a playmaker, and his greatest attributes are his passing range, understanding of the game, vision, creativity and maturity with the ball.
