SENDAI, Japan (April 1, 2012) – The U.S. Women’s National Team overcame a first-half deficit to play Japan to a 1-1 draw on Sunday in the opening game of the Women’s Kirin Challenge Cup. U.S. forward Alex Morgan scored an equalizer in the 73rd minute.
