After 7 games away, Toronto FC finally coming home at remodeled BMO Field, and facing perfect opponent to get first win.

The Dynamo have come away with points on three of their last four visits to BMO Field, including a 1-0 win there last Oct. 8 in the last meeting between the teams, but this time TFC cannot afford to not win this match
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Toronto FC to WIN
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: OVER 2.5 Goals

First ever MLS New York Derby, will get lots of attention this weekend, but Red Bulls are favorites, and they should be able to take care of business.

This Sunday night match will be broadcast nationally on FOX, which is great, because viewers have great chance to see high scoring affair. I will not be surprised by 2-2 draw, but I believe more in Red Bulls.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Red Bulls to WIN
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: OVER 2.5 Goals*

Saturday, May 9

The Fire played very well in their last game vs Sporting, but one lucky header, and their 3 games winning streak ended last Sunday, dropping a 1-0 decision at Kansas City. It was Fire defeat since March 22, and RSL will have hard time escape from Chicago even with a point.

The Fire have not won vs. RSL at Toyota Park for almost 6 years since Aug. 1, 2009, but RSL had midweek game vs LA Galaxy, and this time Fire have huge advantage on the start of this match.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Fire to WIN*
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5 Goals

The Impact will be playing their first league game since April 11 – a 3-0 defeat by the Houston Dynamo, because they turned their attentions to their lost CONCACAF Champions League final. The Impact have not won a league game this season, and I don’t see them winning vs Timbers.

The Timbers have huge problem scoring goals, they scored just one goal in their last four games.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Draw
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5 Goals

Sporting put an end to a three-game winless run with their first victory since April 5, Paulo Nagamura scoring the game’s lone goal in a home victory against the Chicago Fire on Sunday afternoon, but they did not looked impressive.

D.C. United claimed the season series between the teams a year ago as Sporting Kansas City did not score a goal in three meetings, and I doubt they will score at RFK Stadium. Low scoring game is almost guarantee here, and I’m picking draw, with more chances for United to win.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Draw
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5* Goals

Whitecaps FC have not defeated Union since for about 4 years, but this time they are hot, and Union are not.

The Union exposing their problems with goalkeepers, but there is way too many other issues than goalkeeping. The Whitecaps could have one of their easiest game this year, and yes they will score goals.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Whitecaps to WIN*
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: OVER 2.5* Goals

This could be match of the weekend, but with all my sympathy to Crew, Sounders have more weapons to win this battle.

The Crew defensive line is very good, and only because of that I don’t expect many goals out there.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Sounders to WIN
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5* Goals

Another candidate for match the weekend, Western Conference clash in Frisco, Texas, timing definitely putting host team in favorable position.

Expect offensive fireworks in this match, if there will be no red card, or weird penalty kick against FC Dallas, I don’t believe they will not win this match.
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: FC DALLAS to WIN
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: OVER 2.5* Goals

Friday, May 8

CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5 Goals*

CHRIS’S PREDICTION: Draw or Earthquakes to WIN
CHRIS’S PREDICTION: UNDER 2.5 Goals
