Group stage schedule of 2014 / 2015 edition of the CONCACAF Champions League, the region’s most prestigious clubs tournament. 24 teams are set to participate in this season’s CONCACAF Champions League, marking the seventh edition in which a Confederation-wide group phase has been disputed before the knockout rounds. USMNT – Jurgen Klinsmann has named 24 players for friendlies USA vs Costa Rica and Belgium vs USA – UPDATE > Chris Pontius and Jonathan Spector IN for Loyd and Pearce OUT

UPDATE CHICAGO (Aug. 29, 2011) — U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has added Chris Pontius and Jonathan Spector to the roster for the match against Costa Rica on Sept. 2 at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. FC Dallas defender Zach Loyd and Chivas USA defender Heath Pearce have withdrawn due to injury. Additionally, Fulham midfielder Clint Dempsey will remain in London to receive treatment for back spasms. Dempsey will join the team in Brussels on Sunday in advance of the match against Belgium on Sept. 6 at King Badouin Stadium. Read More »

UPDATE- July 5, 2011 - City confirmed the signing of Gael Clichy after almost a week of speculation. The Frenchman has signed a four year deal on a salary believed to be £90,000 a week ($144,000). He has been quick to make an impression with fans of his new club, repeating the claim that those fans living within Manchester support City (rather than arch rivals United).
